The Portsmouth Diabetes Prevention Project created and gathered educational materials aimed at making small changes toward a healthier lifestyle.  Many are focused on preventing and managing diabetes (high blood sugar) and hypertension (high blood pressure) but are helpful for anyone trying to learn more.  These resources include a complete cookbook, dietary advice, and guidance on combining foods. They also include an inventory of outstanding free online apps and websites to explore.
