Every member of Materials Management strives to deliver to our customers a defect-free service, meeting or exceeding our customers' requirements the first time and every time. The success of quality efforts is critically dependent on the personal involvement of all employees in the quality process. Constant awareness of customer requirements, taking action to meet those requirements and ongoing identification of areas for improvement are at the heart of this process.

Ethics statement
