Week 3: Are you really hungry?
Sometimes, we eat when we are bored or sad. In this module, you will learn the ABC’s of intuitive eating and how to tell if you are truly hungry or full
Week 4: Happy Meals
In this module, we discuss serving sizes/portion sizes and what makes a balanced meal. Try out some of our tips on how to include all five food groups during mealtimes.
Week 5: Smart Snacking
This module discusses intuitive eating when it comes to snacking. Learn how to use the food groups to make a healthy snack.
Week 6: Veggie Tales
Learn the importance of eating veggies and the different ways of cooking them. Become a food scientist and try a new veggie to see whether or not your family likes it.
