EVMS Marketing and Communications (MarComm) works to raise EVMS' public profile and ensures high quality coverage of the important work being done on the EVMS campus — be it education, research or patient care. Plus, MarComm provides a broad range of services to the institution including media relations, social media strategic consulting, web technologies, crisis communication planning and media training.
Departments within EVMS are assigned to a specific MarComm account executive. The account system is intended to facilitate communication between MarComm and the campus community. Vincent Rhodes, PhD, APR, Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications and Chief Communications Officer, oversees the department, in addition to developing the institution’s strategic communications plan and supporting the Senior Management Group’s executive communications efforts.
Templates are available to enable EVMS faculty, staff and students to promote a consistent visual identity for EVMS. Options for flyers, digital signage, brochures and presentations are provided.
