My favorite thing about EVMS: the diverse pathology we see amongst our patients, and how great our faculty/support staff are. I don't think any of us have doubts that we will be well prepared to become attendings by the end of residency here.
The best part about Hampton Roads: the beaches, restaurants, and breweries! It's great to be in a place with most options for activities I'm interested in, without being an overwhelmingly large / expensive area.
