Initial evaluations for TMS treatment are covered by insurance companies. Not all insurers cover TMS. As such, patients are responsible for all costs incurred with this service. It is recommended that patients work directly with their insurance companies to determine coverage and inquire about assistance for reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. EVMS and Neuronetics, the manufacturer of our TMS equipment, can assist patients with this process through the Neurostar Care Connection program.

To determine whether you are a candidate for TMS, please call 757.446.5888 to complete an intake form. Note that all referrals for TMS treatment must be provided by a psychiatric provider. However, please feel free to inquire for more details to learn about the treatment process.
