The Molecular Core Facility supports research and education for faculty, students and staff on campus, as well as for off-campus research entities. For a nominal fee, users have unlimited access to technologically advanced equipment for the analysis of DNA, RNA and protein. These resources are well maintained and are secured by a swipe-card system. Learn more about our shared resources.
One-on-one training sessions and personalized experimental services are available for a modest fee. The facility is also used as a teaching space for laboratory courses offered by the Biomedical Sciences Graduate program.
If you have questions about the Molecular Core Facility, its fee structure or the laboratory courses, please contact the Facility Director, Julia A. Sharp, PhD, by email at email@example.com.
