Biorepository services

The Biorepository has over 70,000 human samples including:

• Blood and blood products
• Urine
• Tissue (FFPE, OCT embedded and fresh frozen)

We work closely with clinicians and researchers to facilitate:

• Project–based consenting
• Specimen procurement, processing, and storage
• Dissemination of samples and data (fee-for-service)

Histology services

The histology lab provides the following histology and pathology services:

• Routine and specialized tissue processing
• Microtomy and cryotomy
• Immunohistochemistry
• Special staining
• Tissue microarray development
• Microscope slide scanning

Physician and researcher services

We work closely with clinicians and researchers to facilitate:

• Dissemination of biospecimens and associated data 
• Subject-based consenting
• Study specific specimen procurement, processing, and storage
