- All students who are eligible to graduate and will meet all program requirements by the end of the Spring 2024 Term or have an expected graduation date that is within 90 days from May 18, 2024 must complete the online EVMS Application for Graduation in order to participate in the annual EVMS Commencement Ceremony and receive the award of a certificate or diploma.
- The application for graduation must be completed by Friday, December 15, 2023. Any student who fails to complete the application on time may not have their name listed in the Commencement program and other Commencement-related materials and communications.
- Diplomas will be ordered for all eligible students once the programs have confirmed that all program requirements have been completed.
- The application for graduation must be received by the Registrar’s Office in order for a diploma or certificate to be ordered.
- If an address or name change is needed for the diploma or if your expected graduation date will be 90 days after May 18, 2024 you must complete the online EVMS Diploma Address Change Form and have submitted to the Registrar’s Office by Friday, May 10, 2024.
