Graduates can create a personalized slide to be displayed during the virtual Commencement Ceremony.
To do this, graduates can simply upload a photo and personal message and record their name.
Begin the process by visiting the EVMS section of the Marching Order website and complete the “New User” section to create your account by entering your EVMS email address.
Graduates may also upload information through a customized link that will be sent to you in an email from Marching Order. A standard slide will be shown for any graduate who chooses not to customize their slide or participate in the day-of viewing.
Here are the due dates for each customizable feature:
- Record name pronunciations by Wednesday, April 22.
- Submit a photo and greeting for their individual slide by Thursday, April 30. This will be shown on the screen when their name is called.
All personalized slides will be reviewed by EVMS Marketing and Communications to ensure they meet EVMS’ institutional standards. Graduates will be notified via email and given an opportunity to edit the information. If the edits are not submitted in time, the standard slide will be shown instead in the virtual ceremony.
