All grand rounds and case presentations offered are free of charge to attendees.

Yes, we invite all members of the medical community to attend grand rounds. Medical students are encouraged to attend as well. 

Yes. We often work with various medical societies, associations and organizations to provide CME credit.

CME fees vary depending on a number of factors. Please contact the CME office at cme@evms.edu or 757.446.6140 to set up a meeting with a staff member.

Certificates are automatic upon completion of the course evaluation survey. However, you can also print your certificate by clicking here Print Certificate.

No, CME does not provide certificates for regularly scheduled activities, but your credit can be accessed online at any time.

Transcripts are available at no charge and can be obtained online. Enter your personal information and the date range for which you need to view credit. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free PDF reader installed on most computers already) to view your transcript. If you do not have this application, you can download it here.

The most common reason: CME does not have your personal information recorded correctly in our database. Please contact us by email at cme@evms.edu or by phone at 757.446.6140, and we will be glad to update our system.

If you have a discrepancy, please contact us by email at cme@evms.edu or by phone at 757.446.6140 and we will assist you in correcting your transcript.

We can add you to our “What’s New in CME” weekly e-blast which lists upcoming CME activities. You can also check our calendar, as it is updated daily with our educational activities.

Speakers can receive credit for presenting at a CME activity provided on our behalf. Complete and submit the speaker credit form reporting only teaching time; do not include your learning time.
