The specializations piece of content allows you to add three boxes with expandable modules for more information.

To add specializations to a page, complete the following fields:

Name: Name the piece of content. This will help you recognize the piece of content in TerminalFour. The name of the piece of content will not show up on the website.

Section title: Give the piece of content a section title. This will show up on the website above the three specialization boxes. In the example above, "Program Benefits" is the section title.

Block 1, 2, 3 top image: This is the small image in the top box of the specializations module. Click the Select media button to find an image in the Media Library. The top image in the specializations module must be 358 pixels wide by 263 pixels tall, 96 dots per inch (dpi).

Block 1, 2, 3 title: Give each specializations box its own title. The title should be a concise (one to three words) summation of the text that will appear below.

Block 1, 2, 3 text: This is the text that appears in the small specializations box. This box will typically hold about 180 to 200 characters. Do not exceed this character limit or else the text will obscure the plus button, which allows users to expand the specialization.

Block 1, 2, 3 content: This is the text that appears in the expanded specializations box. While adding or editing text in this field, you'll notice a toolbar above the main body field. This is the text editor.

A screenshot shows the text editor, which allows users to format text and upload images to a piece of content in TerminalFour.

You can use this to format text (adjust alignment, bold or italicize a word, add headings to a webpage), add an image from the Media Library, add internal or external links and more. Learn more about formatting and the text editor.

Content moderators must keep accessibility in mind when formatting page content. Accessibility is "actively designing, developing and creating content in such a way that it does not hinder any person from interacting with the website" (Source: Web Access Initiative). As an educational institution, EVMS is required by federal law to adhere to accessibility standards. As a content moderator, you are responsible for helping keep EVMS.edu, myPortal and any web apps that are used by EVMS audiences accessible.

Please refer to our accessibility standards to learn more about accessibility.

Block 1, 2, 3 bottom image: This is the large image in the bottom box of the specializations module. Click the Select media button to find an image in the Media Library. The bottom image in the specializations module must be 525 pixels wide by 295 pixels tall, 96 dpi. You can add a video here instead of another image (see instructions below).

Block 1, 2, 3 bottom video (Vimeo): You can add a video to the bottom box of the specializations module instead of an image. If you opt to add a video here instead of an image, ignore the "Block 1, 2, 3 bottom image" fields.

To add a video, you will need to add the Vimeo ID to this field. Our website only supports videos hosted on Vimeo. The Vimeo ID is the number in the Vimeo video URL: https://vimeo.com/142688942

Once you have filled in the appropriate fields within the content type, click Save and approve at the bottom of the page to make the content live.
