“The delicate balance of mentoring someone is not creating them in your own image, but giving them the opportunity to create themselves.”

Steven Spielberg,
Film director

The goal of the program is to support the academic development and advancement of faculty through a school-wide, centrally administered voluntary mentoring program.

In order to allow for continuous improvement and responsiveness to needs, the program will be launched in phases to allow for feedback and learnings as it grows. The initial focus is on junior faculty. As we progress ALL faculty will be invited to join as a mentor or mentee. The full implementation plan will be announced here.
