Why I Chose EVMS: Trainees who graduate from EVMS are well versed in the full breadth of general surgery. The program graduates competent surgeons that are leaders in the field. It is also great living minutes from the beach and Atlantic Ocean.
Hobbies & Interests: I enjoy all sorts of activities from hiking and board games to playing sports including ice hockey, volleyball, and frisbee and drinking and brewing various styles of beers.
Interesting Fact: I went to the other side of the world to study abroad in Australia where I met my wife. She grew up in Chicago, only a few hours away from my hometown.
