Why Family Medicine? I enjoy serving patients from all walks of life and I believe that training in family medicine will prepare me to provide this care. Also, as a medical student I was interested in OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and outpatient clinics . I saw family medicine as a good way to pursue these interests.
Hobbies/interests: Listening to Bollywood music, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Future Goals: In the future, I see myself serving my community, in an outpatient setting. I would like to provide medical care to a patient panel that is diverse in terms of socioeconomics, age, and cultures.
Special Areas of Interest: Geriatrics, Community Medicine.
