Administration
The Administration Subcommittee is charged with reviewing the administrative infrastructure and seeking ways to improve overall institutional efficiency to more effectively integrate the goals of EVMS' educational, research and clinical subcommittees.
Clinical
The Clinical Subcommittee is charged with reviewing the clinical processes of EVMS Medical Group and focusing on how its key findings can be horizontally integrated with the objectives of the other three subcommittees — research, education and administration.
Education
The Education Subcommittee focuses on the goals and strategies of EVMS' medical and health professions curricula and develops opportunities to strengthen important components of the educational experience and integrate learning objectives with priorities identified by the research, clinical and administration subcommittees.
Research
The Research Subcommittee will assist the steering committee in developing priorities and plans for the research enterprise at EVMS and for promoting integration of those ideals across the mission areas of patient care, education and administration.
