The Conflict of Interest Committee shall be the final authority to either approve or disapprove of Interests disclosed and/or Management Plan(s) submitted by the Designated Authority for a decision or by the Covered Individual in any appeal process.
The Conflict of Interest Committee is managed via the ODU main campus COI Committee,
