Saad Mussarat, MD, MBBS

Saad Mussarat, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Internal Medicine. 

Dr.Mussarat graduated from King Edward Medical University, Pakistan. He completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Eastern Virginia Medical School. During his residency, he presented his scholarly work at different national and regional conferences. 

He is passionate about resident and medical student education. His clinical interests include point-of-care ultrasonography, pulmonary-critical care medicine and quality improvement.

Dr. Mussarat has enjoyed living in the Hampton Roads area and resides with his family in Northern Suffolk. When he is not working, he loves to spend time with his son and spouse, who also is a physician. He is a proud Manchester United fan.
