At-risk persons who experience an exposure incident (bloodborne pathogen or infectious disease) must immediately report the exposure by completing the BBP Redcap Exposure Survey (https://redcap.link/Fluid_Exposure_Worksheet) and follow the disposition provided at the end of the survey.
