Information regarding significant financial interests (SFI) of Senior/Key personnel for Public Health Service (PHS) funded research projects are accessible to the public, upon request, if the SFI meets all of the following criteria:
- The SFI was disclosed and is still held by the Senior/Key personnel;
- EVMS has determined that the SFI is related to the funded research project; and
- EVMS has determined that the SFI is a financial conflict of interest in accordance with the EVMS Policy on Conflicts of Interest in Research and Sponsored
Requests should be made to the EVMS Office of the General Counsel at OGC@evms.edu and should include:
- Requestor's name and e-mail
- PHS Award number
- Senior/Key Investigator's last name
Responses to requests will be made within five (5) business days.
