The General Obstetrics and Gynecology is conducting a multitude of active research studies. Current research topics include:
- Depo-Provera injection
- Pre-term births and stillbirths
- Tubal occlusion
- Cervical excision
The division offers an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency. Fourth-year medical students work with the division during the acting internship in OB-GYN and the benign gynecology elective.
