The EVMS Faculty Mentoring Link program is hosted by Faculty Affairs and Professional Development and overseen by Judith Taylor-Fishwick as Director. The program will be implemented with a phased approach, with the initial focus being junior faculty. Phase 2 will roll out in 2024. Planning and implementation efforts are supported by the Mentoring Advisory Group, which includes diverse leaders and faculty from across the institution.
