Tuition & Fees for the Graduate Program in Public Health

Tuition costs for Master of Public Health (MPH) students are based upon the number of credit hours taken per term. For the 2013-2014 academic year, the tuition is $808 (in-state) and $892 (out-of-state) per credit hour. Tuition is due at the beginning of each term of your enrollment. Additional costs to the student budget are fees, books, room/board and transportation. All fees are due at the beginning of the first term of each year.

The MPH student budget is available online. Tuition and fees are subject to change. Federal financial aid is not available to international students.

Students must show proof of major medical insurance coverage. Students who are eligible for coverage under the policy of a parent or spouse are urged to remain so and must waive the EVMS student health insurance plan in order to not be billed for student health insurance. As an alternative, EVMS offers a student health insurance plan. Information regarding the EVMS student health insurance, including cost, can be read on the Student Health Insurance page.
