Spiritual wellness is the practice of seeking meaning and purpose in our lives and balancing connectedness and inner peace.

EVMS encourages students and employees to practice mindfulness and reflection. We offer yoga and meditation classes, as well as stress management courses, as part of our Wellness Series.

Professional development workshops give faculty opportunities to take time for reflection and mindfulness.

Residents, fellows and staff can explore spiritual wellness through Wellness Series workshops.

Students can participate in wellness-related clubs, some of which have a focus on spiritual wellness.
