Please read the EVMS Event Guidelines before submitting an Event Request Form. Your form must be completed and submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the requested date. Only requests submitted with a minimum of 8-week's lead time can be considered.

Please be advised that this is only a request, not a confirmation. Please do not any make any arrangements or announcements with regard to EVMS space until you have written confirmation from EVMS Special Events.

EVMS Special Events will contact you within 5-7 business days of your submission. Additional information may be required to process your event request and prepare a cost estimate for your event, including facility and equipment rental and related operational expenses for departmental services.
