Why did you choose EVMS? I chose EVMS for the strong sense of community I felt during my interview. Everyone was welcoming and portrayed a program that would provide excellent training in a collaborative environment. Also, being close to the beach was definitely a bonus!
Future goals: Remain actively involved in academic medicine and contributing to research. I would also like to continue engaging in meaningful volunteer work that supports underserved populations and promotes health equity.
