Why did you choose EVMS? I chose EVMS because I truly enjoyed the active internship I completed here. The residents and attendings were extremely welcoming, and the hospital community gave off a focused but relaxed feel. I was also given early responsibilities and the autonomy to develop my medical plan under positive guidance. Because of this, at EVMS, I knew I would learn and grow the way I hoped in an environment I would thrive in.
Future goals: Fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical Care, practicing as many procedures as possible, hands-on experience with rapid responses, being involved in the community with service initiatives.
