We support and lead scholarly work across a spectrum of academic interests, including clinical outcomes research, health systems innovation, medical education, and quality improvement science. Our current focus includes:

  • Reducing clinical variation and improving chronic disease outcomes
  • Evaluating transitions of care and patient experience
  • Enhancing documentation, EMR integration, and data transparency
  • Investigating stress, immune dysregulation, and hypertension in vulnerable populations
  • Early cancer detection strategies
  • Lifestyle medicine research focusing on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management.

Faculty collaborate with national and international partners. We welcome opportunities to grow research engagement among faculty, trainees, and students.
