Dr. Rogers-Johnson is the Assistant Dean for Assessment and Student Learning Outcomes for the EVMS School of Medicine. In this role, she is responsible for the management, collection and timely reporting of program assessment data. Prior to joining EVMS in January 2019, she led institutional assessment and related accreditation efforts at Des Moines University. She has 10 years of experience in assessment and has served in various educational settings (higher education, corporate, and K-12). She received her PhD from the educational psychology program at University of Iowa. She also teaches in the MHPE program.
