Dr. Rogers-Johnson is the Associate Dean for Educational Assessment and Evaluation for the EVMS School of Medicine. In this role, she is responsible for the management, design, collection and timely reporting of assessment and evaluation data. Prior to joining EVMS in January 2019, she led institutional assessment and related accreditation efforts at Des Moines University. She has over 10 years of experience in assessment and has served in various educational settings (higher education, corporate, and K-12). She received her PhD from the educational psychology program at University of Iowa. She also serves as faculty in the MHPE program.
