Eleanor Lampell is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist with over thirteen years of experience providing high quality, individualized counseling services. 

Eleanor helps clients address behavior concerns, anxiety, depression, AD/HD, grief and loss, women’s issues, relationship conflicts, parenting issues, and family dynamics.  Her specialties include helping military families to better cope with the unique stressors of the military lifestyle. 

She has trained with the Enneagram Institute and Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association.

Eleanor delivers a personalized approach to counseling and supports each client as they set and reach their goals and live healthier, well balanced lives. 

Eleanor is a graduate of the Art Therapy and Counseling Program at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She has trained with the Enneagram Institute and Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association.

In the fall of 2019, Eleanor began teaching at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Her classes include Group Supervision Counseling and Psychotherapy with Children and Advanced Counseling and Psychotherapy Skills II.
