Carter Overton has been with EVMS since 2005 and recently joined the EVMS-Sentara Healthcare Analytics and Delivery Science Institute (HADSI) as Office Coordinator. Carter began with Family & Community Medicine at EVMS in 2005 as Clerkship Coordinator. She became Office Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to Dr. Christine Matson the Chair for Family & Community Medicine at that time, in 2011.
