Joseph K. Han, MD, FARS, FAAOA

Joseph Han, MD, is the Chief for the Division of Rhinology & Endoscopic Sinus and Skull Base Surgery, as well as the Chief for the Division of Allergy. Dr. Han holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Washington, a Medical Degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, and completed an Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed a fellowship in Rhinology at Oregon Health Sciences University.

Kent K. Lam, MD is certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery with specialized fellowship training in sinus and anterior skull base surgery. Dr. Lam strives to provide meticulous and effective care that combines clinical expertise, compassionate listening, and collaboration with other team members.

Ashley A. Schroeder, MD

Dr. Schroeder is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery and received her medical degree from The University of Virginia. After joining the US Navy, Dr. Schroeder completed her Otolaryngology residency at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. Dr. Schroeder is the recipient of numerous military honors including the Meritorious Service Medal and Navy & Marine Corps Commendation.
