Summer Scholars Mentor Application Deadline

Summer Scholars, a mentored summer research internship at EVMS/CHKD, is seeking mentors and scholars. The program is open to college seniors (rising or graduating) and first- or second-year graduate or medical students seeking research opportunities in medicine, biomedicine, medical education, community/public/global health or psychology/behavioral health. Key program dates are as follows:

• Mentor applications are due by Jan. 22, 2024. 
• Scholar applications (including transcripts and letters) are due by Jan. 29, 2024.  
• Program begins on May 20 (undergraduate and graduate students) or June 3 (EVMS medical students) and ends on Aug. 1, 2024.
