Family medicine physicians, residents, and other interested healthcare providers and physicians.

1. Define the 4Ms of Age-Friendly Healthcare, including What Matters Most, Medications, Mobility, and Mentation.
2. Utilize the 4Ms when caring for older adults in the outpatient setting.
