These virtual Grand Rounds lectures are provided by EVMS Continuing Medical Education and presented by EVMS Department of Family & Community Medicine.

Bruce Britton, MD, Professor and Associate Chair of Undergraduate Education, Family & Community Medicine, EVMS, will present “Blood Borne Pathogens.”

OBJECTIVE: Examine the research process for finding online evidence-based recommendations for management of blood borne pathogens in the healthcare setting.

COMPETENCIES: Patient Care, Medical Knowledge, Systems Based practice, and Interdisciplinary Teams.

AUDIENCE: Internists, family practitioners, fellows, residents, medical students, allied health professionals and community physicians.
