EVMS Marks World Breastfeeding Week

EVMS has made a commitment to being a breastfeeding-friendly workplace for employees and students. Dedicated “Nursing Nook” rooms are located in five campus buildings. Each room has a comfortable chair and refrigerator for storing breast milk.

EVMS Campus Nursing Nooks are located in the following sites:

• Andrews Hall, Room 140A
• Hofheimer Hall, Room 167 (by bathrooms on first floor)
• Lewis Hall, Room 2007
• Strelitz Diabetes Center, Room A118 and Room 2003
• Waitzer Hall, Room 121 and Room 924

Please note, these rooms are locked and reserved for nursing mothers. Contact  Occupational Health, 757.446.5870, for access.
