“Advancing Community Mental Health And Health Equity” Lecture

The Dr. L.D. Britt Diversity, Health Equity and Disparities Lecture Series will present "Mending Our Broken Society: Advancing Community Mental Health And Health Equity" via Zoom, featuring Mindy Fulilove, MD, a writer and social psychiatrist.

Mindy Fulilove, MD, Professor of Urban Policy and Health at The New School, is board certified in psychiatry, having completed a residency in psychiatry at New York Hospital-Westchester Division and Montefiore Hospital. Dr. Fulilove has written and spoken widely about the connections between the environment and mental health.

The virtual event is part of the Dr. L.D. Britt Diversity, Health Equity and Disparities Lecture Series, made possible by funding from the Hampton Roads Community Foundation.
