OBJECTIVE

The goal of the Ultrasound Symposium is to bring the level of practice for the clinician and sonographer to a higher degree of proficiency in obstetric and gynecologic ultrasonography. The role of ultrasound in diagnosing gynecologic malformations and various fetal abnormalities will be examined. The practitioner should be able to diagnose ultrasound findings in a variety of clinical scenarios including fetal cardiac, central nervous system, gastrointestinal and renal malformations, ectopic pregnancy, adnexal masses and urogynecology.
