EVMS honored a record 23 individuals with President’s Faculty, Staff and Diversity and Inclusion Awards at the 2019 EVMS Service & Recognition Awards Ceremony, Tuesday, Oct. 29, at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott.

More than 300 were on hand to celebrate the achievements of their colleagues and family members.

The event also celebrated faculty and staff who have achieved a service milestone in 2019, including two staff who marked 40 years of service in 2019. Ersell Carrow, Director of Information Technology for the EVMS Medical Group; and Tommie Old, Supervisor of the Multidisciplinary Lab; are the latest to mark this milestone career achievement.
