Temporal Pathogenesis/Condition Interpretation & Analysis
Conventional experimental designs often involve single time-point comparisons where test conditions are compared to control, a strategy that does not consider changes in the model system over time. For temporal analysis, the experimental design would include data to determine model system interaction with test conditions such as multiple paired test and control samples. Results include IPA interpretation and modeling with gene expression network analysis between time points.
