HADSI is a collaboration between EVMS and Sentara, the region’s leading healthcare provider. This partnership gives researchers access to the resources of a network of recognized centers and institutes at Sentara and EVMS.

EVMS-Sentara's Healthcare Analytics and Delivery Science Institute is committed to bettering patient outcomes through improved analytics.
Why healthcare analytics?
Many policy and operational decisions require information on outcomes — data that our analysts access and interpret. Healthcare analysts study clinical, claims, patient and research data. Our analysis of electronic health records can improve the quality and lower the cost of healthcare while reducing the time it takes to translate research results into practice.
