Frances Daniels takes control of her diabetes
Frances Daniels was making funeral arrangements. In her mind, diabetes had won. When she discovered the Strelitz Diabetes Center, Dr. Aloi told her, "We're not going to let that happen." Now that she's out of a wheelchair and enjoying her new grandchildren, walks through Disneyland, and her children's graduations, we think Frances would agree that her diabetes did not have the final say.
