Hofheimer Hall outpatient clinic

Our outpatient clinic addresses a full range of psychiatric disorders and subspecialties for patients of all ages, including:

  • Pharmacological management/pharmacotherapy
  • Psychological/neuropsychological testing
  • Consultative/Liaison services

Medication management

EVMS Psychiatry provides pharmacological management, pharmacotherapy and medication management.

Our experienced physicians offer the most up-to-date information to meet patients' needs and adapt treatment when necessary.

TMS and ECT treatment programs

For patients diagnosed with major depression who seek an alternative to medication, we offer therapeutic treatments called Neurostar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy and Electroconvulsive Therapy. These treatments, monitored by a team of psychiatrists and psychologists, are safe and effective when completed as prescribed. 

Treatment is tailored to each patient by clinicians and researchers certified in TMS Therapy best practices.

CHKD to EVMS Transfer Program

This program is for individuals currently receiving behavioral health services at CHKD, but who at the age of 18 will require behavioral health services as an adult. Eligible patients should fill out the following forms:
