The Neuropsychology Program is a comprehensive clinic and laboratory with a tripartite mission of
- patient care
Located on the 4th floor of Andrews Hall at Eastern Virginia Medical School (721 Fairfax Avenue, Suite 461), The Neuropsychology Program has provided neuropsychological assessment and interpretation to more than 300 children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients with known or suspected brain dysfunction in each year since it was established in 1986.
Faculty and students within this program have provided further care through affiliations with other area treatment and educational programs over the past several decades, including past consultative services to The Endependence Center, Riverside Rehabilitation Institute, the Virginia Department of Rehabilitation Services, Cape Henry Collegiate School, Eastern State Hospital and Chesapeake Bay Academy.
Currently, we are engaged in ongoing consultation and clinical service work with Sentara Norfolk General Hospital's Rehabilitation Unit.
