Jeffrey J. Woo, MD

Dr. Jeffrey J. Woo is a minimally invasive gynecological surgeon and Assistant Professor of Obstetricss and Gynecology at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at University of California Davis and earned his Medical Degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. His clinical interests consist of complex gynecological surgery, and second opinion for patients with severe endometriosis and fibroids.
Dr. Woo discovered his passion for minimally invasive gynecological surgery (MIGS) during his time as an OB/GYN resident at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia and subsequently completed a two year AAGL MIGS Fellow at Scripps Clinic, in San Diego, California. He is a board certified fellow with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Woo has earned numerous awards at gynecological surgery conferences and he currently a serves on the editorial board for SurgeryU, an international peer-reviewed surgery video library.
