Steven L. Warsof, MD

Dr. Warsof received his B.S. from M.I.T. in 1973 & M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine in 1977. OB/GYN Residency was completed at George Washington University and MFM Fellowship at King’s College Hospital London, UK and Georgetown University. He is Board Certified in OB/GYN in 1985 and in MFM in 1987. Despite having life time certification, he has been voluntarily recertified on an annual basis since 2004. He has been associated with EVMS since 1984. He was appointed to rank of Full Professor in 2006.
Dr. Warsof’s academic career has extended over five decades. He has published over 60 peer review articles. In 2019, his book “Legal Concepts and Best Practices in Obstetrics: The Nuts and Bolts Guide to Mitigating Risk” was published.
