Why choose this school?: I chose this program because it provides ample opportunity to grow as a physician through the diverse patient population served, the research opportunities, and the in-house fellowship tracks available. These factors in combination with the spirit of camaraderie among its attendings and residents made it a solid choice for me.
Hobbies: Reading, photography, art, swimming.
Areas of Interest: Currently, I am interested in Global Health, partly because of my background but also because America is an ethnic and cultural melting pot. I think it is helpful to have an understanding of the unique health concerns of different population groups.
Future Goals: Not currently sure which track I want to follow (fellowship vs hospitalist).
