Accreditation Status 

The EVMS Histotechnology program is a new program that is not currently NAACLS accredited, as such graduates from the program are ineligible to take the ASCP certification examination until the program is issued "serious applicant status" by NAACLS.  EVMS will be actively pursuing to meet NAACLS accreditation standards as the program is initiated.
