EVMS Commencement is a joyous and memorable time for our graduates, their families and friends.
We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of your graduate at Commencement Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 10 a.m. EDT at Norfolk Scope, 201 E. Brambleton Avenue. The ceremony typically lasts two to three hours and will honor the graduating class of 2024.
Doors open for general admission at 8:45 a.m. and the ceremony begins promptly at 10 a.m. EDT. The doors are accessible on the plaza level. Please arrive early to complete all safety and public health requirements upon entry. All guests will be subject to physical and visual inspections, bag checks and/or wanding which will delay entry.
While the Commencement Ceremony does not have a guest limit or require tickets, family and friends must register in advance to attend.
Registration for ancillary events such as White Coat ceremonies and other celebrations will require registration only by graduates who will indicate their guest counts at that time.
