    • Dr. Franzese received her Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. She completed one year of General Surgery Residency and two years of Otolaryngology residency at Penn State/Hershey Medical Center and second additional years of Otolaryngology residency at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Franzese is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery.
